Currently, we have three categories:
  • Pending
  • Paused
  • All
I feel like email segmentation isn't always the most appropriate for the context. For example, I had to search for a potential prospect's response in the master email even though they responded positively. Conversely, I have people in Pending who should be "refused."
I see two possibilities here:
1) Allow us to process the nomenclature and underlying actions ourselves (very large and potentially of little use because they're too personalized)
2) Better segmentation in the back-end classifications performed by Topo
=> All = Good
=> Pending = Awaiting response (positive)
=> Paused = Hesitant, but can be converted in the future.
Perhaps something else could be relevant, but the Paused and Pending tabs are sometimes clumsily classified in my case.
